OVERVIEW
Zizz is a new way of monitoring, organizing, and improving user sleep schedules.

We used a systematic approach to form a baseline for the study, which included interviewing candidates to find a problem, which provided insights into the research. Then we performed research analysis through which we came across different approaches to find a solution and type of app that will support it. Then I started to work on the design of the logo and our brand book. After that, we drew a flow chart. Then I began sketching the low-fidelity wireframing and continued it with high-fidelity with Adobe XD.
THE PROCESS

• Out of 5 participants, 3 don't have
good sleep cycle.
• Most of them don't Nap regularly.
• They don't have preference for their
sleeping comfort
• All of them Have types of mat-
tress and pillows

screen time 5-6 hr/day
They all work between 20 to 40
hr/week.
• 2 of them follow a very strict diet; the other three don't have any
particular meal cycle.
• They all work out up to some extent.
• They all go to bed around midnight.
• They all use phones for around 1 hr
before bed.

About Him: Jack is a 24-year-old full-time factory worker. He works at Toyota and switches between day and night shifts regularly. This makes having a consistent sleep schedule hard. After working a long day shift, he also likes to hang out with the guys and play video games. Most days, Jack doesn't pay attention to how long he's been playing and gets to sleep very late. Jack also enjoys working out and meditation. He is always looking for ways to better his mental health and decompress after a stressful day.
Goals: To find ways to pre-plan his days better and get optimal sleep, leaving him feeling less stressed and more rested.
Frustrations: He doesn't have a structured schedule and often finds himself staying up too late and not getting enough sleep.

Busy schedules and heavy workloads tend to have mental pressures, leading to tension and affecting your proper sleep.

Not having a proper diet and schedule leads to weakness, generating different kinds of long-term health problems.
BRANDING

One of the essential parts of each brand is their interface.
In terms of colors, our primary color is dark blue which is the background of our app because users usually use this app at night, so the color is suitable for their eyes. Also, the yellow color is an illustration of the star's color. Moreover, the reddish color used for the frame and contrast.
